Mapping: Purchasing data ingestion

Hello team,
 
 I'm working on Supplier engagement data / Purchased Goods and services integration.
 On my environment (demo, freshly provisionned), I can not map any field in the data import experience. I don't see Sustainability Product, Account... 
 As I'm expecting to map a product ID to an activity to infer emission, I would have expected to have it. Is it an expected behaviour ?
