Broken Analytics Dashboard after bulk deletion

After the need to delete a large amount of data and not finding the optimal way to do this, I decided to initiate a bulk deletion in the Dynamics backend. Here is the situation:
 
The data I wanted to delete is deleted.
The data I did not want to delete is still in the MSM, i.e., the bulk deletion served its purpose by only deleting the data I wanted to delete.
However, the data displayed in the Dashboards does not reflect the uploaded data; only some activities are shown, and the whole date range is not displayed.
Additionally, the refresh date is 9/29/2023, and just the other day, it refreshed and said 12/13/2023.
 
My questions are: Is there any way to manually refresh the Dashboards? Why does the Analytics seem to be incorrect when the uploaded and saved data is correct?
