Unassigned data in Dashboards

Hi everyone,

we've deleted all sample data and imported our own datasets for several scope1, 2 & 3 emissions + water and waste. On all dashboards we experience that unassigned year appears. The unassigned category does not contain any data. We wonder where this is coming from and which data causes the issue. Please see the attached screenshots. Thx in advance, Jakob

Unassigned data in Dashboards

Hi Dinaker,

many thanks for your response! Indeed there is data in the renewables tab. I checked the ingested data and it seems to be alright. We've ingested the same columns for "is renewable = Yes" as for "is renewable = no" within the carbon activity scope 2 source "purchased electricity". With non renewable electrocoty eversything seems to work just right.

Unassigned data in Dashboards

Hello,

The reporting year slicer currently takes into account the following entities: Emission, Purchased energy, Reporting period, Water quantity, Water quality test result, Waste quantity and Waste quality test result. Can you confirm that with (unassigned) selected, there isnt any data showing up on the charts for any of the tabs mentioned above?

Tabs to check

Emissions insights > Emissions overview
Emissions insights > Renewable energy

Water insights

Waste insights

And also, can you confirm that there arent any gaps in your reporting periods setup?
