Hi.

Being partner to the Microsoft, we have got a MSM Sandbox Premium access.

We are exploring the Copilot in the MSM. It is not working.

Always getting the message /I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?/. Tried many times with simple prompts.

Below is the screen shot:

Tried other functionality of Copilot as well. Not working.

Observation:

Unable to select the Move data across regions checkbox, under Generative AI features card, for the environment in the Power Platform Admin (per the Link)

Do you see any challenge with this setup not done.

Region of environment is India.

Please guide with resolution.

Hi Raju,

Thanks for your post.

Given that your environment is in India, cross-geographical movement of your data is not required as the Azure OpenAI service is hosted locally there. Please refer to the table linked here for information on which regions do vs. don't require data to be moved across geographical boundaries.

As for the screenshot you included, please note that at this time Copilot does not support the querying of elastic tables such as the All emissions table; therefore the prompt "What is the overall emissions" is not supported. Please refer to this documentation for the latest information on what tables are supported for querying. You'll also find sample prompts to try there.

Copilot is not working in MSM

I'm pretty sure without allowing the cross-region data move it will not work, as Copilot is only available in a few select regions right now.

Also, as per Query data with Copilot in Microsoft Sustainability Manager - Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability | Microsoft Learn, it is in Preview and only allows querying reference data at this point.
